This cozy vacation rental is located in a quiet area close to island activities and beaches.  Located on the second floor with a beautiful view of nature and the Sea Palms Resort golf course from the balcony and screened-in porch.

Two spacious bedrooms furnished with comfortable queen and twin beds in each room.  One of the bedrooms has access to the porch.  Each bedroom and the living room has a TV with cable.  The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make a delicious meal.  There is one covered parking space with additional parking for quests.

Colony Condos can only be rented on a monthly basis but will consider 2 or 3 weeks.  Great for retirees and breaks.  Enjoy shopping, exploring, history, golfing, tennis, fishing, biking, beaches, private pool, and great restaurants!
